Thomas “Quorthon” Forsberg is dead. But the music isn’t. One of the greatest, and one of the first, black metal bands there ever were. This is definately one for your collection.
The greatest comedic genius the world has ever seen, Bill Hicks died of an overdose at an all too early age. His awareness of other people, and how society is linked together made for very special mind altering, thought provoking comedy. It’s never just a joke with him, there’s always an underlying point that makes his comedy all the more enjoyable. For laughs and contemplation, get this one.

LoK: Defiance (cd2)
Perhaps the greatest installment of the greatest series of games ever to see the light of day. Or perhaps more aptly put, the dark of night. The vampire now demigod Kain and Raziel, spirit incarnate of the sword Soul Reaver, battle on for revenge. In this game, you get to play them both. And in this game, Raziel comes to terms with his own existance, though Kain has a hard time accepting it. This is killer stuff, well worth the get just for the story alone, and the gameplay in this one is quite enjoyable as well.

The game that started it all, Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain (1997). I finally found a torrent for it, after my CD broke down and cried on me. whatboyswant.com gave me 2000 unique hits. In one day. Thank god it wasn’t more, I’d have been throttled for damn sure. And I just don’t feel like spending an extra sum of money upgrading my hosting right now, as I am strapped for cash as it is with alot of expendures right now.
On the up side, I now have my drivers license, and I have a computer. Now I just lack intarwebbage, and I’ll be good. Probably be another month before I can boast my very own internet connection, but it’s getting there.
Anyway I just got in the door 5 minutes ago, time for some chilling. I’ll update with mondo freako-shit later.

I am getting a computer. Soonish. It’s a “pentium 4 with 120gb hdd. that’s all I know”, so I’m going to take a look at it myself before I make an offer, but it’ll be really cheap, and paid in monthly installments. It’s really cheap because it’s lacking things like insurance, liability and registration number. But I don’t care, a machine is a machine.
Besides that, I am taking my practical drivers license test on thursday, and hoping to God, Buddha, Allah, Krishna and all those other fuckers I don’t fail. Because that would be, you know, a bummer.
Going home for this weekend, so I will have more updates of imagery and stuff then.

OK so today I go back to the big city. Big days ahead of me now. Tomorrow I get my last driving lesson, and on the 13th, I take my practical drivers exam/test/whatever, and hopefully on that day I will have my drivers license to drive a car. And it will be sweet and awesome, and there will be much rejoicing.
For now, I’d just like to say that I haven’t updated my site so frequently in such a small time frame since 2003. And I expect to be able to keep that up next weekend too perhaps.

Got 2 new CD’s not too long ago. Both equally cool, and yet they conflict heavily in terms of genre.
The first one I got, was Hypocrisy’s 2005 release “Virus”. This is without a doubt my favorite Hypocrisy album thus far, and I have them all. This release reminds me alot more of Edge of Sanity than it does old Hypocrisy. They’ve clearly become more inspired by Peter T?gtgrens more melodic Machine Metal solo project, “Pain”, lately. And it’s definately a good thing. I put this in the Top 10 albums this year has seen so far.

The second one, is weird latino psytrance ambience from the band Shpongle (click the link to find samples), the album being “Tales of the Inexpressible”. I found this title strangely enjoyable… Hard to really say why, but I just thought it was damn cool and innovative. You should all check it out.
